Serving up amazing food to go with amazing beers is a core part of what FyneFest is all about. In 2017, as in previous years, we will offer a diverse range of quality food from the local area. From pizza to stovies, burritos to vension burgers, there’s something for everyone on the menu, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options.
Loch Fyne Oysters
Loch Fyne Oysters produce world class seafood on the shores of Loch Fyne, just five minutes from the festival site. Serving fresh oysters, smoked salmon and their famous paella, there will be plenty to keep seafood-lovers satisfied.
Winston Churchill Venison
Local deer farmer Winston Churchill rears his herd in Argyll to supply local bars and restaurants. Serving sausage rolls, burgers and pies in addition to traditional breakfast fare every morning, Winston Churchill is the go-to for carnivores!
Homeground is a local artisan coffee roaster known for creating interesting, flavourful blends from ethically sourced beans from around the world. Those that need a caffeine fix will be well-served served by the Homeground team.
The Real Mackay Stovie Co
The Real MacKay Stovie Company was founded in 2009 by local sheep and cattle farmers. They serve Scottish favourites including lamb and vegetarian stovies, haggis, neeps & tatties and pie & beans.
New for FyneFest 2017, Ekeko Eats is a Glasgow-based producer of flavourful South-East Asian street food including steamed bao, spicy chicken wings, ramen and loaded fries.
The little green truck will be rolling down to the FyneFest field to serve up delicious bowls of hearty, filling grub such as spicy chilli and pulled pork.
Travelling up from Glasgow, one of Scotland’s most exciting street food vendors parks in the Glen to offer up diverse dishes to tempt every festivalgoer. Barbacoa tacos, loaded fries and Asian-inspired food for all.
Highland Hog Roasts
Expect the smell of tasty roast pork down on the main field this year as Highland Hog Roasts take centre stage on the main field, serving meaty baguettes, rolls and chips.
Coming straight from Tijuana (via Edinburgh), the Mighty Mexican team will be dishing up banging burritos, tasty tacos and erm… nice nachos as spicy (or not) as you like.
WOODBURNS ESPRESSO PIZZA BAR
One of the biggest hits of the 2016 festival, the Woodburns team return to FyneFest to create custom pizzas in mere minutes. Under the canvas of their stripey little-big top tent, these guys will knock out a piping hot pizza quicker than you can believe.
Aye Love Real Food
Local, free range, high quality – Aye Love Real Food is all about delivering delicious foods made with the best ingredients. They’ll be up at the Brewery Tap bar with scotch eggs, pies, pasties, stews and soups.
